I got my order and, to be fair, it looked fine at first. But after using it for just a few days, the material started to feel cheap and already showed signs of wear. It’s not the worst thing I’ve bought, but for the price, I expected better

I ordered from shopnox.com, and while the item itself was fine, I was disappointed with how it showed up. The box was a little crushed, and the tape looked like it was barely hanging on, which didn’t give me much confidence when I opened it.
Nothing was actually broken, so I guess it worked out, but to me it just didn’t feel packed with much care. For the price, I would’ve expected a sturdier box or at least some bubble wrap, and it kind of made the whole order feel a bit careless...

I tried ordering twice, and both times the items were clearly listed as available. Then, surprise surprise, the orders got canceled later. Frustrating dealing with the stock-status experts over here. Maybe update the inventory before letting people place orders?

I don’t think I’d use shopnox.com again. The whole site just felt a bit off to me, and I didn’t feel comfortable putting in my order or payment details. I kept having to explain to myself why I should trust it, that got annoying fast. Maybe other people won’t feel the same way, but for me it just seemed too risky.

Am I missing something, or was the order tracking basically useless? It barely updated, and for days I had no idea where my package actually was. I felt like I was just waiting around with no real info. Frustrating experience overall.

"The wait kind of killed the excitement"
I was excited when I placed the order, but the shipping ended up dragging on way longer than I expected. The site made it sound like it would only be a few days, so when it took almost two weeks to show up, I was definitely getting frustrated.
The item itself was fine once it finally arrived, so that part wasn’t the issue. It was mostly the lack of updates and the long wait that put me in a bad mood about the whole thing. I’d probably think twice before ordering again if I needed something quickly.

"Payment page felt kinda sketchy"
I was gonna place an order, but when I got to the payment page it just didn’t feel right. It didn’t look that secure to me and I wasn’t really getting a trust feeling from it. I ended up closing the page before putting in my card info. Just didn’t seem worth the risk for me.

I tried shopping on shopnox.com from my phone, it got annoying faster than I expected. The pages felt kind of cluttered, and I kept having to tap the same things more than once, like the site just wasn’t really set up with mobile users in mind.
The search and filters weren’t much help either. I’d try to narrow things down and somehow end up feeling like I was right back where I started. Maybe it’s smoother on a desktop, but on my phone it really didn’t feel like they made the shopping experience very easy.

"Delivery showed up way too late"
I ordered from shopnox.com and yeah... not a great experience. Delivery was supposed to come last week. It didn’t. Tracking barely moved at all, just sitting there with no real updates. I contacted support and got mostly vague replies, nothing that actually helped. The package did show up eventually, but way later than they said. if they can’t stick to basic delivery times, I’m probably not ordering from them again.

It didn’t look much like the pictures when it arrived. I opened the box on my kitchen counter while making coffee, and my first thought was that the color and overall look were just way off. It’s not terrible, but it definitely wasn’t what I thought I was getting.

I reached out to shopnox.com twice about my order, and both times the responses were slow and felt like copy-paste answers. Nothing really got resolved, and it made me feel like they weren’t paying attention to the issue. After this experience, I don’t really trust ordering from them again.
"Discounts didn’t work when I checked out"
Not gonna lie, I only went there because they had this big discount banner everywhere, and it made it seem like the deal was easy to use. But when I got to checkout, the code suddenly said it wasn’t valid, even though the items were still listed in the promo section.
I also tried the newsletter discount, thinking maybe that one would work, but nope. Same problem with a bunch of exclusions that didn’t really show up until after I’d already spent time picking stuff out. The final price ended up being way higher than I expected.
When I reached out to support, they just sent a generic response and didn’t actually fix anything. It felt like the promos were just there to pull people in. I won’t be ordering again...

The return was such a headache. It took way longer than it should have, and every time I contacted support, I got vague answers that didn’t really help. After dealing with all that, I don’t feel like I can trust them the same way anymore.

"Refund has been a total headache"
I ordered from Nox Shop and at first I thought everything seemed fine. The site was easy enough to use and I wasn’t expecting any drama, but the item I got just wasn’t what I thought I was buying, so I asked for a refund.
To be fair, they did reply, and they weren’t exactly rude, but the whole thing has still been really frustrating. They were slow at first, then kept telling me it was being checked or looked into, and now it’s been weeks with no money back. I almost feel like they’re trying to help, but also like nothing is actually happening.
I don’t want to say the whole company is terrible, because maybe I just got unlucky, but I definitely wouldn’t order from them again. Buying was simple, yet getting a refund has been way harder than it should be, and having to chase them over and over is just exhausting.
